Rota: Working 5 days out of 7

• Day and Night shifts available

Pay Rates: £13.89 – £16.66 per hour (dependent on shift)

• Overtime rate: £20.83/£25 per hour

Major Recruitment is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work at a large, well-established distribution centre based in Severn Beach, Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for ongoing work with competitive pay and flexible shifts.

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Sorting, scanning, and moving stock
• Operating warehouse equipment (full training provided)
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Meeting productivity and quality targets
• Working as part of a supportive team
